Question by anonymous: Child Safety Seat Replacement after a car accident?
I was recently involved in a fender bender. Not much damage but a dented in front corner. Me and my 14 month old son were in the car at the time. I've been told that I can get a replacement car seat from the other guys insurance along with my repairs. The damage isn't bad at all, but i've been told that "by law" they are required to replace my child's car seat. Does anyone know if this is true? Before I go talking to
